11 Iliad Street, Liverpool

This £22 million development was completed in 2018 comprising 348 units over 6 floors of cluster apartments and cluster lounges. It boasts a combination of en-suite and studio apartments appealing to the student market in Liverpool offering them access to one of the most popular cities in the world.

85-95 Headford Street + Hodgson Street, Sheffield

This £13 million development was completed in 2016 and is a residential accommodation hub in a prime location in Sheffield. The development was set over six floors offering excellent social and communal facilities, including a cinema, gymnasium and IT suite. Accommodation comprises 151 studios and 9 two bed apartments.

Woodhouse Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire

This £7 million development in the Uk’s third largest city, Leeds, completed in 2016. The development consisted of self-contained en-suite, 1 bed and studio apartments.
